⛵ WA Coach Development Day

Looking to strengthen your coaching and create better environments for sailors?

Ahead of Youth Sail 2026, we’re bringing coaches from across Western Australia together for a practical and interactive WA Coach Development Day at the Western Australian Institute of Sport (WAIS).

Led by WAIS Coaches Matt Jerwood and Tristan Brown, the morning will explore practical strategies to help coaches create positive environments where sailors can grow, develop and thrive.

The session will provide an opportunity to share experiences, learn from other coaches, challenge your thinking and take away practical strategies that can be applied in your club or coaching environment.
