Looking to strengthen your coaching and create better environments for sailors?

Ahead of Youth Sail 2026, we’re bringing coaches from across Western Australia together for a practical and interactive WA Coach Development Day at the Western Australian Institute of Sport (WAIS).

Led by WAIS Coaches Matt Jerwood and Tristan Brown, the morning will explore practical strategies to help coaches create positive environments where sailors can grow, develop and thrive.
