Wait until he messes that up with his tariffs, etc. Meanwhile, Ukraine will be sacrificed, as will Taiwan. And now, the Israelis can completely destroy the Palestinians with Trump's encouragement. We work and produce products but while we are aware of our constructed material work environment are we really aware of our human social environment?
The culture we work in impacts us everyday in terms of our happiness and therefore our health. In fact it goes beyond to impact the family environment as well.
Corporate leaders don’t seem to understand that the right corporate culture will be productive in product delivery but just as importantly help sustain the happiness and health of the individuals within that organisation. Such a culture requires careful planning including the right recruitment strategies.
How many times have organisations tolerated a sociopath because of his or her special qualities at the cost of the social harmony and therefore the cohesion of the team culture. The sociopath needs to be got rid of as soon as possible. They are not to be given second chances because in my experience they are cultural terrorists who don’t change and the welfare of the team is the most important.

It takes self awareness and self regulation to ensure that this river of thoughts is helpful. The conversation focusses our attention on the possible solution or distracts the individual into rumination. In summary if you want a happy life manage that conversation into a positive one.
