I love reading our members reviews! 🥰🥰 Nothing makes me happier than knowing everyone feels supported, everyone is working towards their goals, and everyone walks out feeling stronger, and more confident than when they walked in!
Beyond grateful for all the women who train with us! Our community here is everything đź’–

Kids growing up seeing movement, strength and exercise as a normal part of life is so powerful. The women at Rigs are such amazing role models! Showing their children that they show up for themselves, and prioritise their health every single day!

What a beautiful way to wrap up the week ✨

This morning’s yoga & breathwork workshop with had us all slowing down, and resetting. We are walking out of the studio feeling completely rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead.

Thank you, Patricia 🤍

For so long women have been told lifting weights is just for men, and that lifting will make you “bulky”. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Strength training is the foundation for building and maintaining muscle and bone density as we age, and it shouldn’t be optional.

Strength training supports hormonal health, reduces the chance of injury, and helps prevent conditions like osteoporosis, while also improving metabolism, energy levels, and overall confidence! More importantly, it sets you up for long term independence. Being strong will allow you to move well and continue to do the things that you love for decades to come.

The habits you build today shape the body you live in tomorrow. You should be treating your body like it’s the only one you have… because it is 💖

✨ Stop comparing yourself to others. You are your biggest competition.
When you compare to others, you take the focus off what actually matters - your own progress! We all start somewhere. Don’t compare someone’s day 100 to your day 1.

✨ Surround yourself with a supportive community
Being around supportive, and like minded people makes it easier to show up, especially on the days you don’t feel like it. A supportive community will keep you accountable, motivated, and will remind you you’re not doing it alone.

✨ You can work hard, and still be kind to yourself
Challenging yourself is important, but burning out is not the goal. Rest, recovery and speaking to yourself with compassion will actually get you where you want to be.

✨ Setbacks are a part of the process. Learn to work with them, and keep moving forward.
Missed sessions, low energy days, plateaus… it’s all part of it. Instead of seeing this as a failure, look at what you can learn. Adjust, reset and keep on going! Progress isn’t linear, and that is normal.

✨ Find small wins every day. It’s about consistency, not perfection.
The small things add up! Showing up, completing your session, making a better choice than yesterday. Stack enough of these little wins together and the results will follow.

This week we built to a 3 rep max on our main lifts! but, what does that actually mean?

We didn’t just do random workouts for the last 12 weeks, we:
âś… learnt how to control our movements
âś… perfected technique
âś… built strength and resilience
âś… increased our confidence

This week has been the result of every rep, and every session you showed up for the last 3 months!

Your 3RM isn’t just about how much weight you can lift.
It’s:
✨measuring your progress from week 1 (or when you started)
✨seeing the increase in your strength
✨moving pain free
✨moving with confidence
✨learning new things
✨knowing you can do hard things!

Congrats on another amazing 12 week block, team! On to the next đź‘€

It’s all about your perspective! You don’t need to have it all figured out before you walk through the door, that’s our job!

Every single person started somewhere. Unsure, nervous, busy, tired.. and they still showed up. Rigs is about giving yourself a chance. It’s your turn to feel confident, strong and prove to yourself that you can do hard things.

Just start 🤍

6 week nutrition challenge with is complete âś…

This wasn’t about being perfect or cutting out all the fun stuff. We focused on building better habits, not quick fixes!

We worked on:
- fuelling our bodies
- eating balanced meals
- improving consistency
- not having an all or nothing mindset
- enjoying life (food) without guilt
- and actually learning what works for each individual

Love seeing everyone’s progress and results! Not just in training, but in the mindset shifts and growing confidence too 💖 So so proud of you all 🤩 Now we keep the momentum going!

Thank you so much for working with us Nixxy! This challenge was such a valuable experience! It really shifted everyone’s approach to food and training in a way that is sustainable.

đź’–đź’– Enjoy these photos of the mini challenges that were completed, and the yummy food we ate!

Week 5/6 of our nutrition challenge with 🥜

This week the challengers took on 30,000 steps across 5 days. The focus was on building consistency. Everyone showed up everywhere! by getting their steps in all over the country - Perth, Dunsborough, Rottnest, even Ballina, NSW! 👏🏽👏🏽

Your goals and training don’t always have to be about intensity, they can just be about showing up for yourself and committing to what you started!

Being on holiday doesn’t mean all your good habits go out the window. It means adapting them to the environment you’re in and focusing on the fundamentals:
- moving your body
- staying hydrated
- eating well
- sticking to the routines that make you feel your best

One week to go! Let’s do this!

What are the women at Rigs saying this week? đź’¬

Messages like this mean so much to me! 🤍 Hearing that you’re feeling stronger, more energised, more confident, and supported… that’s exactly why we do what we do at Rigs!

From the start, my goal was always to create more than just a gym. I wanted a space where women feel comfortable to show up, lift weights, move their bodies, and build confidence along the way.

To all of our lovely Rigs members - thank you for trusting us, and for being part of this community.

I’m so grateful for what we’re building together 💖
