On 1 July 2025 the minimum pay rate in awards is increasing by 3.5%. The pay increase has to be given from the start of the first pay period from 1 July 2025.
The National Minimum Wage is also increasing to $24.95 per hour.

Superannuation for all employees increases to 12% for all employees, also from 1 July 2025, regardless of when the next pay period starts.

Did you know about this leave??
All employees (including casuals) are entitled to 10 days of paid family and domestic violence leave per year.
An employee’s paid family and domestic violence leave entitlement is available in full at the start of their employment and resets on their work anniversary (it doesn’t accumulate from year to year).
This leave is separate from other types of leave, like annual leave or paid sick and carer’s leave.
