Another fish on the table!

I have been working on a new project, which has been lots of fun. Its a Trigger Fish!

Winter infinity cowl. Not grey, dark olive green and charcoal merino wool, with silk fabric, nuno felted.

Finished with help from some grandchild labour 😁 Nuno felted scarf in pinks and greens. Materials, fine merino wool, and silk fabric.

Back on the table after other projects.

This is a vessel based on a steamer I used while on a workshop in Nanga. The steamer was a rice cooker, with a large pipe, and lid. It steamed our fabric while we continued creating!

4 days with felt tutor and artist Fiona Duthie. It feels like a small world when you bump into someone who has a family history back to Shetland, which is where I also have family origins. Creating unique fabric samples with paints, dyes, and markers for future felt projects. Bouncing ideas between like minded creatives. Filling my cup. 😀
