Seven Willow Designs role as the Interior Designer was to support this vision through carefully curated Furniture Selection, Material & Finish Direction and Flooring Specification to help shape the guest experience.

From the warmth of upholstered booth seating and marble-inspired surfaces to the considered balance of texture, tone and durability, every element was selected to contribute to the venue's distinctive character.

At West Residences, the bedrooms were designed as a space of visual and sensory calm. Rather than layering the room with colour or decoration, the design focuses on proportion, natural light and material restraint.

A soft palette of warm neutrals, natural textiles and sculptural lighting creates depth without visual noise.

The arched window forms a quiet architectural focal point within the space.

Full-height sheer linen curtains diffuse daylight throughout the room, softening the architecture and creating a gentle atmosphere that shifts with the light throughout the day.

WEST RESIDENCES STYLING PROJECT | MT LAWLEY
Now complete in the heart of Mount Lawley, West Residences introduces a striking new architectural presence inspired by the iconic Flatiron form.

Positioned at the intersection of Mount Lawley’s historic avenues, the building’s angled geometry and richly detailed brick façade create a distinctive landmark that responds thoughtfully to its urban context.

Seven Willow Designs was engaged to procure and style the display apartment, developing an interior narrative that draws directly from the architecture of the building itself.

The styling approach references New York mid-century design with subtle Bauhaus influence, introducing sculptural furniture, warm timber tones and layered natural textiles that complement the building’s strong architectural language.

The result is a display apartment that balances architectural clarity with warmth and livability.

Great interiors are rarely defined by a single element.

Instead, they emerge from the careful balance of proportion, material and light.

Throughout the display apartment, a restrained palette of timber, stone, linen and metal creates a cohesive interior language that echoes the building’s architectural character.

Sculptural furniture pieces were selected not simply as functional items, but as objects that contribute to the spatial composition of the room.

This approach ensures the apartment feels curated rather than decorated.

Luxury interiors are often defined not by what is added to a space, but by what is intentionally left out.

At West Residences display apartment, the styling approach by Seven Willow Designs was guided by the building’s architecture: curved forms, arched windows and warm timber flooring.

Drawing on New York Mid-Century design with Bauhaus influence, sculptural furniture pieces and a restrained material palette were selected to complement the architectural language of the building.

Floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains soften the strong geometry of the interiors, while warm timbers and natural textiles introduce depth and warmth throughout the space.

The result is an environment that feels calm, refined and effortlessly livable.

This project reflects our approach to design and strong alignment with architectural intent. While our core focus is centred on renovations, design and fit-outs, it also demonstrates how our design philosophy can extend across a broader project scope.

From the first concept sketches to the final reveal, Bobèche was about creating an experienc, not just a space.
Our goal was to capture the atmosphere of a hidden cocktail bar, layered with texture, tone, and a sense of quiet drama.

Our client sought a cohesive, contemporary design that would support workplace flexibility, promote well-being, and elevate client impressions.

With strong values in sustainability, the Baresque Zintra acoustic panels used throughout the fit-out are made from 100% recyclable material with a biopolymer finish that supports air quality and long-term durability.
