A transformation exercise to upgrade a tired and run-down office, into a lively workspace for creatives.
 
The overall objective was to enhance the workplace to better suit how X-Space Architects operate as a close-knit team. The alterations were focused in creating an environment that was welcoming and alive. Besides finishes and surfaces upgrades, modifications to electrical, data, lighting and mechanical services were also carried out to better address how each of the various spaces were used, looked and felt.
 
A small but rewarding project that has had a significant boost to the workplace morale.
