Awards, promotions, and recognition are a regular part of life here at OSIT.

We know we wouldn’t be where we are without our teams, and we want to make sure they’re recognised for their hard work and contribution.

A big congratulations to Conor Hellings on the promotion to Support Engineer, Ky Nguyen on the promotion to AI Lead Engineer, and Chris Proudmore on the promotion to Partner.

🎮 OSIT Cebu goes virtual 🎮

Last month, our OSIT Cebu team headed to Virtual World for their quarterly Social Club catch-up, taking a well-earned break to spend time together and enjoy a bit of fun outside the usual workday.

The team made the most of it with virtual reality games, rides, and plenty of laughs along the way (especially during the horror-themed experiences).

It was a great chance for everyone to connect, unwind, and share some memorable moments.

We’re excited to welcome Adam to the Vermilion Team as our newest Maintenance Engineer.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys hitting the gym, spending time with family, and never says no to a good Chicken Parmigiana. New Zealand and Japan are also high on his travel list this 2026.

When we asked Adam what he enjoys most about working at OSIT, the answer was simple: “I get to work with my mates!”

Please join us in welcoming Shannen, our newest AP Officer and Accounts Support for the Business Services Team.

Outside of work, Shannen enjoys exploring new cafes and restaurants, travelling, watching K-dramas, rewatching Friends, and grilling Korean BBQ. One of the places she’d love to visit again is Bali, for its beautiful beaches and the warmth of its people.

When we asked Shannen what she enjoys most about working at OSIT, she shared, "How much the company values work-life balance. I also love the social events because they help employees connect and get to know one another better. On top of that, being part of a supportive and understanding team with a great manager makes the experience even more enjoyable."
