Great to meet Sam Brennan owner of Strength Clinic Academy in Singapore.
We had a solid discussion around training philosophy, intelligent progression, and building systems that create real long term results for clients. Just as valuable was talking through the business side of allied health and what it takes to build a high standard facility with strong values.
