We handed over the keys for our recent build in Boya earlier this week. Been an exciting and smooth ride to deliver our clients their dream home.

We're pleased with how our project in Boya is coming along! We have completed lockup
stage and floor grinding works on the Limecrete slab.

Some other features on this build:
• San Selmo Opaque Salte Brickwork, looking great!
• Upgrade to high density plasterboard
• Built to BAL19 requirements +
• Axon cladding to external walls & Groove lined alfresco ceiling
• Underfloor heating to main dwelling area
