On Wednesday, in the presence of the Lord Mayor of Perth, the Honourable Bruce Reynolds, AAG, and Origin by Olio’s signed our Training Venue Collaboration, formalising a partnership with Director and Executive Chef Oliver “Oli” Buenviaje right here at Residence on Langley Park.

What was signed on Wednesday is one piece of a much wider partnership.

In Perth, our AIHM learners will train in a real kitchen, with real service, real pressure, alongside a team whose standards set the bar.

In the Philippines, our PACE graduates are already preparing for the careers this partnership will open careers that bridge two countries, two cuisines, and a shared hospitality tradition we are proud to keep building.

This is what we have been working toward: a partnership where Filipino-Australian hospitality talent is not just trained but launched.
