City Campus had a first look and a powerful time of prayer at their new home at 1204 Hay Street, West Perth. 🔥
Together, they gave thanks and prayed over this wonderful space God has provided. 1204 Hay Street stands as a testament to God's extravagant goodness and unwavering faithfulness. We are filled with gratitude for all He has done and all He is yet to do.
All glory to God!
As Christians, it can feel intimidating to talk about our faith with other non-believers. Especially when we have to explain and justify our beliefs. But what if sharing is much simpler than that?

How good is Jesus who transforms lives from captivity to the cities!
At City Campus we saw in Mark 5 how Jesus moved a man from a tomb to a town, and everything changed. What looked like captivity became a testimony. The one everyone gave up on was found, set free, and sent out.
Captivity must bow before Christ. The same Jesus who stepped onto the shore, spoke to the darkness, and broke every chain is still bringing freedom today.
As we prepare for our new City Campus home at 1204 Hay Street, we remember this: God is not just relocating us, He is repositioning us for a purpose. Not just an address change, but an atmosphere change. Not just a renovation, but restoration.
We are not just looking at a building; we are looking at a harvest. We don’t just see a city; we see people Jesus is still setting free.
Jesus is alive, and He is sending us into the city!

Jesus isn't afraid of our mess.
Jesus is a power that cannot be controlled.
Jesus' love brings life from death.
In Mark 5, we see Jesus cross the sea for one man everybody had already given up on. Walking straight into the mess of life that no one else would touch, Jesus reveals Himself as the God who is perfectly comfortable in the mess, bringing healing, wholeness, and restoration. His power cannot be controlled. We can't keep Him as a comforting idea, useful for blessing and healing, but kept out of the rest of our lives. Jesus came to make all things new, and He proved how far He'd go to do it: His own life, given for you.
There is no version of you too far gone, too messy, or too ashamed for Him to walk toward. He rescues us from our mess and darkness, making us clean, forgiven, whole, and restored. That's who Jesus was for the man in Mark 5, whom everyone had given up on. That is who He still is today!

If Jesus has no need of us, then why does He involve us in advancing His Kingdom? A common myth is that God depends on us to accomplish His purposes. But the truth is far from it. It’s easy to overestimate our importance in God’s Kingdom and to underestimate His ability to carry out His plans without us.
