This year marked my first full year in business — and what a year it has been.

Stepping into this work wasn’t a leap I took lightly. I had doubts, I had moments of “is this actually working,” and I definitely had days where my nervous system was louder than my plans. But the through-line was simple: I kept showing up. Session after session. Client after client. Lesson after lesson.

And I didn’t do it alone.

To everyone who booked sessions, trusted my hands, trusted my guidance, referred a friend, sent a message, shared my work, or quietly cheered me on from the sidelines — thank you. Your support built this year. Truly.

I’ve grown in ways I didn’t expect. I’ve watched women return to their bodies. I’ve watched tears turn into clarity. I’ve watched people soften, open, and take their first real exhale in years. This work has asked a lot of me, and it’s given even more back.

As we head into Christmas and New Year, I’m giving myself the same thing I ask my clients to honour — rest. Real rest. I won’t be working over the break, and I’m letting my system reset, recharge, and settle after a big first year.

I’m closing out 2025 grateful, steadier than I started, and quietly excited about what’s unfolding next. There’s something new taking shape for 2026… I’m not rushing it, but I can feel it coming.
