οΈ Setting goals is easy but hard to execute... why.... it requires action! π
What we do here is set 3 goals a day. There is power in the pen so write them down first thing in the morning and visualise how that will look once completed.βοΈπβ

Blueprint the goal. Roadmap the steps on how it will take to get there. Always keeping the end goal in mind π
Take action! Thoughts without actions is a wish so make sure to plan the day and tick one step off at a time. Once done give yourself something to give thanks (coffee for me) βοΈβοΈβοΈ

December 2018 was when the flame was lit for this crazy sport I compete in! π₯πͺπ₯
Thrown in the deep end with no real experience for a charity fight, it unfortunately did not go my way π€π
Almost 4 years later, 4 fights later is has taken over my life. I can't explain the cathartic feeling it gives me. It has become to the point where most things in my life has to work around it! At 34 years old, I have to make the most of these fresh joints while I can π€
It was a passion hobby for a while that has evolved into my purpose. It is a class at that sells out everytime! ππ₯πͺ
Moral of the story: If you don't know what your purpose is, find your passion as it can be the blueprint to finding your purpose! πβ

Let's talk recovery! π
We all have massive fitness and fat loss goals but we are so tunnel vision with the result that we forget about the journey β

Training 5-6 days a week is great. Consistency is not the problem, but the recovery can be! ππ€
We all service our cars, we maintain our house but we also need that same energy for our bodies! π
Whether if it is massage, physio, Chiro etc.... find an outlet that suits you and makes your body respond well to the treatments! π
Sometimes your rehab and recovery has to come first so everything you love about your training does not have to come last! π€
