Living with other people's standards can be very tiring. You will always have things to do, but your work won't be fulfilling, Nor will your personal life. 🤔

Our Limitations are Learned

Leaders need to unlearn their limitations

We learn them from our environment, through our experiences and from what we have been told is true…..They are our BS… Belief System.

They can keep us safe, however in business we then SHRINK what’s possible to FIT our limited mindset rather than EXPANDING our mindset to fit WHAT’S POSSIBLE.

It often takes some form of a shake up of our secure limited thinking to bring about change… and it cuts two ways… either the change will bring GROWTH resulting in new way to think or PROTECTION resulting in a cementing of the limited thought form.

We need to have our minds offended to change our hearts … its how we grow and build a more excellent team, career, business and life.

Life presents us with situations where we can either GROAN or GROW!!

Groan and you will go down the path of DESTRUCTION and being a VICTIM

Grow and you will go up the path to your DIVINE DESTINY and be a VICTOR

Life situations appear to teach us what we need to MASTER and what to let go of, to become who we are meant to be..

We can never build a life of excellence when our mental foundations are weak..

Let go....choose to GROW... and you will see Gods plan for you unfold.

Changes in business/career and strategy
Its so easy to become overwhelmed with how business now needs to be done and even how your work is impacted by the situation today…. I have felt this myself and can feel the frustration, confusion and even pain of the collective.
