We also have a Function Centre available for hire to both tenants of Exchange Tower and external parties. Dear Exchange Tower Perth tenants,
WA Mental Health Week, held from 5 – 9 October 2026, is an opportunity to bring our Exchange Tower community together and move beyond simply raising awareness to creating meaningful, everyday action. Our aim is to encourage open and supportive conversations about mental health, strengthen connection across our community, and help reduce the stigma that can prevent people from reaching out, checking in with others or seeking support when they need it.
At Exchange Tower, we will be hosting a range of activities for the week to encourage tenants to step away from the demands of the workday, reset, connect with colleagues, and make time for their mental wellbeing.
Please refer to the program along with the booking links provided via email to book your spot.
Please note, bookings are essential for each activity. Should you be unable to attend, please kindly cancel your ticket to give another tenant the opportunity to attend.
By encouraging participation and conversation, we hope the week inspires lasting habits, where taking a mental break, prioritising wellbeing and checking in with those around us become a natural part of our everyday workplace culture.
