Preparations are in progress for a 3-day Bibbulmun trek this coming weekend with a retired police officer colleague. ValourShield is taking part in support of the Black Dog Institute during Mental Health Month in October. Our objective is to raise $1000 for this outstanding cause. Throughout the journey, we will produce content on mindfulness and resilience for Facebook and YouTube. Donations to support our journey for this great cause would be greatly appreciated.
