Full-Time Store / Front Counter Position available.

Join our growing team!

With growth comes opportunity, and we’re looking for a new full-time team member to join our busy business in Bibra Lake and help fill the gaps across counter and store operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys dealing with customers, working as part of a team and getting things done.

About the Role

Your day-to-day duties will include a mix of:

* Serving customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
* Processing sales and entering orders into our system
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Keeping the warehouse and store organised and tidy
* Checking stock and helping with stock control
* Assisting customers with product selection
* General store and warehouse duties as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is confident speaking with customers
* Has good attention to detail
* Is reliable, punctual and well presented
* Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team
* Is willing to learn our products and systems
* Has a positive, can-do attitude
* Takes pride in keeping their work area organised
* Understands that good customer service is just as important as getting the job done

What an awesome morning in the Swan Valley! Cars and Coffee Valley Sessions brought out an incredible mix of Australian muscle, classic cars, custom builds, American cruisers, Japanese performance cars and plenty more.

From tough Monaros and Toranas to Falcons, Mustangs, GTRs and even a genuine HSV Walkinshaw limousine, there was something for everyone.

After many years of working through the challenges of the venue providing the level of food and beverage service our community deserves, we have some exciting news…

🔥 Custom Cars & Coffee has been handed the keys to organise our own catering experience at our Midvale SpeedDome events!

This is a huge step forward and gives us the opportunity to build something that truly matches the vibe of our meets.

But we want to do it the CC&C way.

We don’t just want random vendors… we want to support our automotive community. ❤️

We are looking for passionate coffee and food vendors who:
☕ Love cars
🍔 Love the culture
🚗 Understand the Sunday morning Cars & Coffee vibe
🤝 Want to become part of the community, not just trade at an event

Got a cool automotive-themed coffee setup? A food truck with personality? Maybe you know someone in your circle who spends the week providing great coffee or food experiences and the weekend cruising their pride and joy?

We want to hear from you.

Our goal is to create a trusted group of quality vendors who can help us continue building Perth’s favourite high-octane coffee meets and deliver the experience our community deserves.

Vendors will deal directly with Jason and the Custom Cars & Coffee team.
