When most people think of IT, they imagine being in front of a computer screen all day. Whilst that can be true, it definitely doesn’t cover the full gambit of things our team get up to.
The team love nothing more than getting hands on with assembly of equipment, onsite fit outs or like in this photo onsite in place upgrades for a client.
The team are installing additional RAM in a fleet of devices to extend their lifecycle. It ensures the machines continue to run efficiently as resource demands (such as RAM) increase over time.
It’s a good break from sitting at a desk and a win for the client - who will delay having to replace the machines for at least another year. Everyone’s a winner!

Microsoft 365 is fast becoming the most commonly used business email and software suite. Many organisations and users only scratch the surface of the included functionality, additionally, most users don’t know what the current security level of their 365 tenancy is.
For many setting two-factor authentication is a nice to have rather than a necessity and the fact this is only the surface of the available security precautions is completely unknown.
The vast majority of 365 tenancies have a security score under 35%, which represents an incredible risk as more and more business functionality is moved into these tenancies. The risk of data security breaches continues to increase as malicious technology advances and users remain complacent.
Almost every single Australian has had some form of data leaked in data breaches since 2018 to the present day.

Be aware that scammers want you to update to Windows 11 "their way" - look for the false URL (microsoft.com is the only URL to believe). Of course if you are in any doubt, ring the team at Groupsupport It Solutions and they'll help you out.
