🌟 What We've Been Up To at Goodstart Success! 🌟

Our little learners have been busy exploring, creating and using their imaginations this week! 💛

From running their very own pretend café and grocery store, to working together during imaginative play, our children have been building confidence, communication skills and friendships through play. 🛒🍎☕

We also got hands-on in the kitchen, creating delicious sushi! 🍣 Activities like these encourage independence, fine motor development and a willingness to try new foods while having lots of fun.

It's been wonderful watching our children collaborate, take turns, problem-solve and let their creativity shine every day. We can't wait to see what adventures next week brings! 🌈✨

Weekend Staff Get-Together 💜

On the weekend, some of our team got together for a shared lunch, and it was such a lovely afternoon!

It was a great chance to catch up outside of work, enjoy some delicious food, and spend time together. Building strong relationships as a team helps create the positive and supportive environment we value so much at Goodstart Success!

I am passionate about creating healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals for your little ones. Every day, I love preparing food that helps children grow, learn, and smile while making mealtimes a fun and enjoyable experience.

With a background in hospitality and commercial cookery, I have developed strong skills in meal planning, food safety, and creating child-friendly recipes that cater to a variety of dietary needs. I enjoy using fresh, colourful ingredients to prepare balanced meals that children are excited to eat.

I believe that healthy eating is the foundation for happy, healthy children, and I feel privileged to play a part in supporting their wellbeing each day. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing children enjoy the meals I prepare and knowing I'm helping them build healthy eating habits for life!

When we read with a child, we’re doing far more than sharing a story. We’re building the foundations for language, confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.

Decades of research shows that children who are read to regularly:

Hearing rich varied language in books exposes children to far more words than everyday conversation alone. This growing vocabulary helps them understand, communicate and make sense of the world.

🧸🐻 Teddy Bear Picnic Fun! 🐻🧸

Our children had a wonderful time on their Teddy Bear Picnic adventure! We enjoyed a lovely walk to the park, shared stories with our favourite teddy bears, and finished the day with a delicious picnic together.

It was a beautiful day filled with fresh air, friendship, imagination, and plenty of smiles! 💛🌳🧺

📚✨ Library Adventure! ✨📚

Last week, our children enjoyed a wonderful excursion to our local library! It was a fantastic opportunity to explore the world of books, discover new stories, and experience everything the library has to offer.

The children loved browsing the shelves, listening to stories, and learning how libraries are a special place where imagination and curiosity can grow. Excursions like these help foster a lifelong love of reading while building confidence and strengthening our connection with the local community.

A big thank you to the library staff for making our visit so welcoming and engaging. We can't wait for our next adventure! 💛
