Protect Allied Health Care!
HSUWA has been hitting the streets of Joondalup to spread the word about this important campaign. If you receive some information in your letterbox, make sure you read it and sign the petition to support Allied Health Professionals at Joondalup Health Campus.

60 new public hospital beds have just been opened at the facility - one of Perth's busiest public hospitals. Let's send a strong message that the community deserves the best possible care, and that means supporting and investing in Allied Health Professionals.

Allied Health Professionals working in public health are about to make a critical decision. HSUWA Member advocacy for improved career pathways for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) has extended over four years and the past two Union Agreement negotiations.

It’s up to Allied Health Professionals to decide if the limited changes to your career pathways that are on the table from the Health Department (as we now understand them) adequately support the career opportunities you and your colleagues seek, now and in the future.

HSUWA will open a ballot for all AHPs in public health to vote on the lane you want to take to guide future advocacy, this Friday 22 May.

All AHP Members have been emailed a voter pack with more information. It's going to take unity to make the change you want to see. If you're not yet a Member, stand with your colleagues today and join the HSUWA to make your voice heard and prioritise your future!
