National Reconciliation Week 2026 reminds us that reconciliation is not something we simply observe, it is something we must all actively participate in. This year’s theme, All In, is a powerful call for every Australian to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation and to play a role in building a more united and respectful future together.

The theme highlights that meaningful change cannot happen from the sidelines. Reconciliation requires action, shared responsibility, and a collective commitment to listening, learning, and strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It also recognises the ongoing efforts of First Nations communities who have carried the responsibility of advocating for reconciliation for generations.

🎨 The 2026 campaign artwork by renowned Gumbaynggirr/Bundjalung artist Otis Hope Carey represents people from all walks of life coming together with optimism, unity, and purpose to create meaningful change.

At Perdaman, we acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we live and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and remain committed to fostering respectful relationships that honour Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and futures.

🌏 Marking 3 Years of Project Ceres Progress

As Project Ceres reaches its third anniversary, we’re proud to reflect on the journey so far and the momentum building on site in Karratha.

With overall progress now at 73%, key milestones across engineering, procurement, and fabrication have brought the project significantly closer to completion. As construction continues, it’s exciting to see workforce mobilisation now underway, with teams beginning to arrive and contribute to this next phase of development.

This marks an important transition as the project moves towards commissioning, with the plant expected to become operational in 2027. Once complete, Project Ceres will stand as Australia’s largest urea manufacturing facility, supporting local industry and strengthening long term food security.

Here’s a glimpse of the journey so far and the people behind it.

On 25 April, we pause to mark ANZAC Day and honour the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of the Australian and New Zealand servicemen and women who have served their nations with unwavering dedication. Their legacy is a powerful reminder of resilience, mateship, and the values that continue to shape our communities today.

ANZAC Day is more than a moment of remembrance. It is a reflection on history, on the cost of conflict, and on the enduring strength of those who stood for something greater than themselves. It encourages us to carry forward their spirit through unity, respect, and responsibility in our everyday lives.

At Perdaman, we take this day to acknowledge and honour that legacy with deep respect. We remain committed to building a future grounded in integrity, community, and shared purpose, inspired by the values that ANZAC Day represents. Lest we forget.

😇 From 16–22 March 2026, Harmony Week is a time to recognise and celebrate the rich cultural diversity that makes Australia stronger. It’s a reminder that inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging are at the heart of thriving communities and workplaces.

At Perdaman, we are proud to support the spirit of Harmony Week by fostering an environment where people from all backgrounds feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute. We believe that diversity drives innovation, strengthens collaboration, and helps us build a more inclusive future together.

This year, our teams came together to celebrate Harmony Week through engaging activities that highlighted culture, creativity, and connection. From sharing diverse cuisines during our Taste of Harmony food event to celebrating cultural heritage through our Diversity Dress Day, employees embraced the opportunity to showcase traditions, stories, and flavours from around the world—bringing our workplace closer together in the true spirit of inclusivity.

As we approach the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (21 March), we also acknowledge the importance of standing against racism and continuing to create spaces where everyone feels they truly belong.

Let’s celebrate what brings us together because Everyone Belongs.

🌸 Celebrating International Women’s Day Across Our Offices

Last week, we proudly celebrated International Women’s Day across our Perth, Delhi, and Karratha (Project Ceres) locations, recognising the strength, resilience, and achievements of the incredible women who contribute to our organisation every day.

At the Project Ceres site in Karratha, the Saipem–Clough Joint Venture (SCJV) hosted a special International Women’s Day event themed “Balancing the Scales.” The event saw one of the largest turnouts on site and featured a panel discussion on advancing gender balance in the workplace. Attendees were also inspired by guest speaker Simone Fountain, a Karratha local and Olympic gold medalist from the 2000 Summer Olympics, who shared her journey and experiences.

In our Perth and Delhi offices, teams came together for office-wide celebrations with snacks, team lunches, and moments of appreciation dedicated to recognising the contributions and achievements of women across our workplace.

At Perdaman, we value the leadership, creativity, resilience, and perspectives that women bring to our teams. Celebrating International Women’s Day is a reminder of the importance of continuing to foster inclusive environments where everyone has the opportunity to grow, contribute, and succeed.

It was an honour to welcome Premier Roger Cook to Karratha, where he joined Perdaman Chairman Vikas Rambal for the groundbreaking of Project Helios and subsequently visited the Project Ceres main site and Project Vesta housing development.

Following the ceremony, Premier Cook toured the Project Ceres development, gaining firsthand insight into the progress of what will become Australia’s largest urea manufacturing plant. The visit highlighted the scale and strategic importance of the project for Western Australia’s economy, regional development, and national food security.

The Premier also visited the Project Vesta housing development, which will accommodate the hundreds of workers supporting construction at Project Ceres. The houses will provide high-quality living facilities while supporting the workforce required to deliver this project of national significance.

We thank Premier Roger Cook for taking the time to visit the sites and engage with our Chairman Vikas Rambal and the Perdaman team as we continue building projects that support Western Australia’s industrial future.
