Grilled Black Cod fish ,Red Miso & Spinach Purée

Hi I'm the head chef at Low Key Chow House in Leederville, we're looking for a full time chef to join the team. The restaurant features food from SE Asia predominantly with a focus on charcoal and wok based dishes. Working week is 5 days, approximately 42 hours with good pay and a fun team to work with.
