The Centre of Excellence for the Digital Child is inviting children aged 6–10 to take part in a fun, one-hour workshop at Curtin University during the July school holidays.

Children will have the opportunity to share their ideas and experiences with artificial intelligence in a fun, relaxed and engaging environment. As a thank you for participating, each child will receive a small LEGO® set. 🤩

The long-standing debate over “streaming” (or ability grouping) is back in focus.

New research from the United Kingdom suggests that streaming may offer benefits for some students—but the picture isn’t straightforward. While it may support targeted teaching for certain learners, it also raises important questions about equity, opportunity, and classroom dynamics. So what does this mean for Australian schools, where inclusive education is a key priority?🎓📚
