Independence doesn't happen overnight, it’s built overtime in the everyday. Learning to catch the bus, manage money, cook a meal, or handle a social situation without someone stepping in.
None of that is small. And it doesn't look the same for everyone. The pace is different, the path is different, and what independence actually means is personal.
What matters is having the right support around you as you grow. That's what we do at Intelife.

As Autism Awareness Month comes to a close, it’s a timely reminder that flexible environments should be supported to enable focus, wellbeing, and long-term success at work. When workplaces are designed with flexibility and understanding in mind, people are better able to work in ways that suit their strengths and thrive in their roles.
Our latest article explores the data behind why flexibility, clarity, and supportive structures make such a meaningful difference in workplace outcomes. Creating environments where people can do their best work is true Inclusion.

Inclusive workplaces don’t just happen, they’re built through empathy, awareness, and action.✨
This Inclusion at Work Week, we're asking you to take a step back and see whether your workplace is being as inclusive as it could be, because inclusion isn't just about having a seat at the table, it's about making sure every voice is heard, valued and empowered.
At Intelife, having an inclusive workplace is simply standard practice. We are creating employment pathways that inspire confidence, open doors to opportunity, and empower individuals to build brighter futures.

At Intelife, we take pride in the work we do. Our BBQ cleaning crews are committed to delivering safe, spotless facilities, working hard to ensure your local parks are ready for local communities to enjoy.
Every clean includes a full operability check and reporting for council compliance. And with seasonal scheduling, cleans are increased during the warmer months and on weekends when BBQs are in the highest demand - so they’re spotless and ready whenever you are.
We proudly partner with councils across Perth, including:
Town of Cambridge, City of Bayswater, City of Melville, City of Mandurah, City of Armadale, City of Cockburn
Our commitment is simple: clean, safe BBQs for everyone to enjoy.
If your local community BBQ's could benefit from the work of our professional and experienced crews, please get in touch. Not only will you benefit from some very clean BBQs but you will also be contributing to the social impact in your local community.
