A two-storey podium forms the base for the 25 floors for this new Hotel Development in the Perth CBD.
The Ground Level accommodates approximately 500sqm of commercial space and an expansive Hotel lobby boasting a feature staircase which gives direct access to level one. Level 1 offers public and hotel guests a Bar, Restaurant and Function Room utilising the landscaped pool area as a key feature.
Four lifts (one being a reciprocal staff/guest lift) give direct access to all 27 floors of the development.

The proposed design of this hotel contributes to the activation of public space through Alfresco Areas, Bar, Restaurant, Food Outlets and Landscaping. It also provides hotel guests with sizeable rooms of 27 sqm on average and recreation facilities such as a Pool and Gym area.
With the approval of 205 new apartments in the adjacent area, the density of residents and visitors will inevitably increase substantially. While infrastructure plays an important role in design, it also requires balance with recreation and lifestyle.
The proposed hotels proximity to the beach gives residents high level recreational accessibility through beach and water sport activities. A recessed 73sqm roof top outdoor function area with views over Leighton Beach contributes to the activation of the corner. The proposed design utilises high quality materials.

This building encompasses a residential and hotel accommodation development to be known as the ‘Double Tree by Hilton Fremantle’. Comprising of affordable living as well as penthouses, this building aims to provide a variety of functions and address the current need for accommodation in Fremantle. It will include an arcade, lined with retail and restaurants/cafes, a central atrium and access to the adjacent park, in order to reactivate the area.
Campion Design Group coordinated design development in conjunction with the ‘Hilton Group’ and ‘Environmental Design Consultants’ in regards to the interior design of the Hotel. This consultation ensured that the building achieves the highest standards of Interior Design with regards to flexibility and functionality, whilst maintaining the architectural intent of the building as a whole.

Architectural expression at Palmerston St promotes high quality contemporary design which provides visual interest through built form. The use of court yards and/or balconies provides amenities and facilitates articulated design. Elevations are well detailed relate to a pedestrian scale. Blank walls abutting a public space are minimized and where provided are detailed to provide visual interest and pedestrian scale.
The building design promotes activation at street level and surveillance of the public realm wherever possible. The utilization of a variety of materials, colours and finishes further supports the quality of the development.

This project will become a new addition to Perth’s city skyline at Elizabeth Quay.
Comprising of both hospitality and retail functions; this building will be the new iconic Double Tree by Hilton Perth Waterfront Hotel. The hotel consists of accommodation, riverfront pedestrian access, a rooftop terrace and restaurants which aim to provide interaction with the surrounding Swan River.
