Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Menopause Coach Boot Leg Fitness offers a variety of Outdoor Fitness Sessions within the communities of the Peel Region.

The sessions are targeted for all varieties of fitness levels and any age. Children are more than welcome to come along and interact with the other children whilst their parent/carer participates in a planned exercise session targeted to burn calories and tone the body whilst having a fun time.

✨ High-protein snacks don’t have to be complicated! But are so very important!!

One of the biggest issues that I come across daily from everyday normal women, working there arses off in the gym….but not backing it up with what goes on behind the scenes!! Protein needs to become a priority!!!!!!

Keeping protein levels up throughout the day can help support muscle recovery, keep you feeling fuller for longer, and make it easier to hit your daily protein goals.

My go-to? Greek yogurt, boiled eggs, and a protein shake when I’m on the run! 💪

What a journey it has been ✨

What started as a passion for practicing yoga has grown into completing my Pilates and Yoga qualifications—and today, teaching my very first Yogalates and Yin Yoga classes! Now I can finally breathe & relax 😅

I feel incredibly grateful to do something I truly love and to be stepping into this exciting new chapter.

Today was about practicing the moves, videoing ourselves and knowing where we can make improvements…..another lunch break spent well with my training partners 😉😉

A couple of simple exercises to add to your next workout:

✨ Y Dumbbell Raises
✨ Scapular Push-Ups

These movements help improve posture, strengthen the muscles around your shoulders and upper back, and build a strong foundation for everyday movement.

Remember, progress comes from practice and consistency, not perfection. 🙌

Strength training at 45 isn’t about trying to look perfect… it’s about feeling strong, healthy and capable for everyday life 💪✨

I want to keep moving well, stay confident, support my mental health and be able to keep up with all the things I love — family, work, adventures and life in general.

We can’t stop aging… but we can absolutely get stronger as we age 🤍

A little gift with a lot of meaning ✨
My mentor gifted me this sound bowl, and every time I use it, it reminds me to slow down, breathe, and stay grounded, I cant wait to start using this when i start my Yogalaties class 🤍

Now i just need to practice my sound bowl technique & slow down 😉😉

Back to work after 2 weeks off… and feeling refreshed 🙌

Rest is just as important as movement — our bodies need both, especially as we get older.
Now it’s time to get moving again 💪✨

Id be lying if i said I wasn’t nervous for my first day back at work 😉, I’m sure ill be feeling every muscle tomorrow 😢

But when your surrounded by awesome workmates it makes it all the more fun!
