We’re thrilled to be the winner of the 2024 HIA Colorbond Steel Housing Awards for Custom Built Home ($780k-$950k) at the Perth Housing Awards!This Mount Lawley project also made it as a finalist for Townhouse/Villa Development ($1.6M+)
With just a 6m frontage per property, this project was all about creative use of materials and bold pops of colour to make the most of every inch. We love turning challenging lots into stunning, functional designs that stand out. So proud of the team behind this one!
