Life can become very busy, and it easy to neglect yourself through poor nutrition lack of regular exercise. Any exercise is good exercise for just half an hour every day or more. Freeze some smoothie blends ready to pop into blender to process and go. I freeze into snap locked bags and just add either coconut water, almond milk, or coco quench, milk if you prefer! 1. Handful spinach or kale, half orange, half Apple, piece fresh ginger, chia seeds, LSA and rice protein optional.
2. Handful spinach, 1 frozen banana, 2 kiwi fruit, 1 tsp coconut oil, chia seeds and LSA optional and you liquid choice of 1 cup.
3. Half cup blueberries, handful spinach, 1 banana, scoop unsweetened Greek yoghurt, chilled coconut water. Freezing ready made packs makes the smoothie Devine and creamy. Always break over ripe bananas into pieces and freeze. Avocado and nuts are healthy fat choice to add to your blends also. Keep those colds away by taking a warm lemon water every morning and alkalising your body also. Within 2 weeks you will notice the difference in yourself by taking these every morning

Here it is Yum!
I modified this carrot cake to be sugar free and delicious!
In saucepan place 3 cups dates and cover with water bringing to simmer until dates softened. Stir in 2oz butter and mix well with 1 teaspoon baking soda stirring well and cool. Stir in 2 beaten eggs, 2 cups grated carrots,1 cup self rising flour, and 1 cup wholemeal flour, 2 cups chopped walnuts, 2 teaspoons each of cinnamon and mixed spice. Bake for 30 minutes in slice tin at 180o Enjoy!

Dinners up!
Cha's butter chicken, ingredients purchased at Farmer Jacks North Beach.
Fry 4 chopped chicken thighs and 12 button mushrooms in olive oil. Add 4 large skinned and chopped tomatoes, 1 tin coconut cream,4 tablespoons Pataks curry butter chicken paste, chillies optional and seasoning. Serve on rice. Enjoy

Totally scrummy! My Thai chicken patties and roast veges, upon lemon garlic foccocia.
Brush foccocia with crushed garlic and olive oil ready to grill.
Chicken patties-
Mix together 1/2 kg chicken mince, 4 cloves crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 4 tablespoons light soy sauce, chillies optional, 3/4 cup oats, 1 egg and handful chopped spring onion. Mix well and chill. Form into patties and barbecue or fry.
Roast together sliced pumpkin, sweet potatoes, red capsicum and mushrooms with garlic and lemon seasoning drizzled with olive oil.
Grill foccocia and too top with patties, then veges mixed with fresh spinach leaves. Drizzle with avocado oil and squeeze over lemon juice. Too with fresh coriander or add in to vege mix. Enjoy😄
