What would Neo-Noir be without the anti-hero? The Driver’s unforgettable brutality in Drive or the anarchic Tyler Durden in Fight Club. Layers of intense character development makes rooting for them a forgone conclusion. For our Anti-hero gimlet we burnt the best of the summer peaches and preserved them in dill cordial, then pairing them with botanically loaded Botanist Gin.

‘They named a colour after it!’ aka one for Tarantino!
“Chartreuse, the only liqueur so good they named a colour after it” says Tarantino in his Death Proof cameo. And just like any great Tarantino flick, we’ve taken classic bones and reimagined them. Starting with the Last Word, a Chartreuse prohibition classic, we created our own cut. Swapping out the Luxardo for a delicious poached pear syrup and an all-new sweet, sour and herbal take.

Our take on the infamous “five dollar milkshake” scene in Pulp Fiction with the Americana vibe of Jack Rabbit Slims. Bulleit Bourbon packs a spice and rye fuelled punch. Backed up by a sweet spoonful of Milo, smoked maple syrup, chocolate liqueur and egg. “Goddamn, that’s a pretty f***ing good milkshake.”

🎥 Bobeche goes Neo-Noir with a cinema inspired cocktail list. Calling up some of the genre’s most grittily iconic and blood splattered films, with a list you could imagine their characters drinking. Think Tarantino, Fincher, Lynch, the Coen Brothers and more. With a sweet chocolate take on the infamous Pulp Fiction milkshake, a Rye and Green Apple ode to John Wick, and a blood red riff on Oldboy, you’ll be planning a movie night in no-time.
