Hello everyone ๐Ÿ’š
Ive recently changed towns, changed direction, and stepped into a new phase of my journey. With that, my page has also evolved to reflect where I am now.

Project You | Wild Heart Alchemy is born from the work done in the past and the wisdom gathered along the way.
This space is about heart-led living, soul alchemy, and embodied spiritual guidance , not from theory, but from lived experience.
This next chapter is about becoming, remembering, and alchemising the heart into the world ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’ซ

The most amazing photos are on this page from the Goldfields days , As this page moves into a new chapter, it also holds many beautiful memories from years gone by.
There are photos here of your daughters / grandchildren / neices etc who are now young women, each one having grown through her own amazing journey.

If you feel called, youโ€™re warmly invited to have a look through the photos on this page.
You may spot your daughter, or a familiar face, and be reminded of the deep connection, community, and love that was shared during that time.

These images are not just photographs they are moments in time.
They reflect innocence, growth, belonging, and the threads that wove us together on this journey.

Today, we honour who these girls were, and we also honour who they are becoming.
May each young woman walk forward knowing her worth, her strength, her beauty, and her place in this world.

Thank you for trusting me, for sharing your children in this page and for being part of a chapter that helped shape so many hearts.
As we turn the page, we do so with gratitude, reverence, and love embracing this new stage of life with open hearts .
Please join us on our next path ๐Ÿ’š

With love,
Marita ๐Ÿ’—

It matters what you say to them.

It matters how you spend your time with them.

It matters how you make them feel.

If matters if you are real.

It matters how you love them with your whole heart and show affection.

It matters how you apologize and invite vulnerability to the table.

It matters how you encourage big dreams and tell them the sky is the limit.

It matters if you give them a safe place to land.

It matters if you are their biggest advocate and loudest cheerleader.

It matters if you teach them kindness by demonstrating it.

It matters if you wipe their tears away and put a bandaid on their scraped-up knee.

This parenting thing isnโ€™t something to take lightly.

Itโ€™s a big job.

The biggest of them all.

But itโ€™s one where we will keep showing up,
keep learning,
keep apologizing,
keep growing,
and keep offering every ounce of our hearts to see their little hearts soar.

I love this picture.
Two totally calm men are waiting for the tantrum of the little girl to pass. The two men are the father and grandfather of the two-year-old girl, who lay on the floor and started Throwing a tantrum in the middle of the mall.
Neither of the men loses patience or yells at her. They just wait quietly. They have decided to not give her what she wants โ€“ when it doesnโ€™t make sense. Yet they are letting her express her emotions, in this case her anger, at not getting what she wants.
Nobody feels embarrassed about the show the little girl is putting on.
The father's own words when posting this photo explain everything:
This post is about one thing and just the one thing โ€“ Get comfortable in the uncomfortable.
There are no perfect parents, but one thing my parents taught me was not being a parent depending on what others think. My dad always let me feel what I needed to feel, even if it was in public and embarrassing. I don't remember him telling me: 'You're embarrassing me! 'o' Don't cry! '. It wasn't until recently that I realized how important it was for my own emotional development. Our kids are learning and processing so much information and they don't know what to do with all these new feelings that come up.""
Let us learn to be comfortable in the uncomfortable. Let us learn to deal with our children's tantrums, with patience and tranquility. Children are children.โค

Hi ladies. Please come along Wednesday evening to the PCYC to learn more about how to help your young person with mental health struggles.
When it comes to mental health itโ€™s really important we have early intervention so we can catch our young people before they fall, and before it becomes a mental health crisis, or even worse su***de.
Zero2hero will be visiting 12 local schools and reaching 1600 children during this weekโ€™s visit. Wednesday nightโ€™s workshop is a really great compliment to the school visits. Donโ€™t miss this really great opportunity.
