If your blonde extensions are turning pinky, peach or orange, the culprit is often hiding in your sunscreen ☀️

Many chemical UV filters cause oxidation when they come into contact with blonde hair extensions.
Because extensions don’t regenerate pigment like natural hair, discolouration is permanent.

Ingredients to AVOID on extensions:

• Avobenzone (the biggest offender)
• Oxybenzone
• Octocrylene
• Homosalate
• Octisalate
• Tinted or bronzing SPF formulas

These ingredients react with heat, UV and minerals in water triggering pink, peach or orange staining, especially on blondes.

Extension-safe SPF alternatives:

• Zinc Oxide
• Titanium Dioxide
• Mineral / physical sunscreens only This is one of the most common causes of blonde extension damage I see in salon and it’s completely preventable 🤍

We wanted to show how layering contrasting tones can create a seamless, dimensional blend

Jessica prefers warmer tones over ash, so we used golden shades of blonde and added a darker weft alongside her lighter tones. This doesn’t make the overall look darker instead, it adds depth, softness, and that effortless sun kissed finish for a beautifully natural result.

You don’t always need a full head of extensions to achieve impact.
This transformation used just 80g of premium wefts to create a full, dimensional bronde.

By blending two tones of extensions, we only needed minimal colour work on her natural hair keeping it healthy and protected.
Because she has fine hair, using fewer grams helps maintain the integrity of her natural strands while still delivering that desired fullness.
