B A N A N A + C H O C M U F F I N S π
These are the perfecttttt post yoga fuel π§πΌββοΈ filled with complex carbs, good fat and a little sweetness theyβre a great mid morning snack!
PLUS you can freeze them (this was frozen, heated up for 30s and doused in peanut butter π€€)
βͺοΈ2 super ripe bananas mashed
βͺοΈ3 cups oats
βͺοΈ2 eggs
βͺοΈ1/4 honey or rice malt syrup
βͺοΈ1 tbsp baking soda
βͺοΈ2 tbsp brown sugar
βͺοΈpinch of cinnamon and salt
βͺοΈ2/3 cup choc chips (I like them dark!)
βͺοΈ1/4 cup coconut oil
βͺοΈ2/3 cup milk of choice
Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately then mix together. Spoon into pre-greased muffin tins and bake at 180 for 30 mins. Makes 12 so you can pop some in the freezer πππΌ

Pimped up bolognese πππ
My faaaaavourite bolognese recipe includes 3 things you might not expect π
ππΌ a grated carrot & zucchini
ππΌ a mix of beef & pork mince
ππΌ a dash of olive oil just before serving
Hands up ππΌ if you love a hearty bolognese as much as I do!

Oh hi ππΌI've just got back from a week long vacay to sunny Port Douglas π΄
This was the first holiday in 4 years that I haven't taken my laptop and boyyy it felt good! It was a much needed break where I swappedβ¦
ππΌ scrolling through the gram for reading actual real life books (you know the kind where theyβre made out of paper π)
ππΌ writing strategies, emails and content for my clients for journalling and writing just because
ππΌ sitting in front of the laptop all day for lounging in front of our hotel pool and 4 Mile Beach taking all the vitamin D my body will allow!
ππΌ strategising and planning whatβs next in my business for taking some time to meditate and reflect on what truly lights me up!
Hands up if you need a relaxing vacay like this too? ππΌ

Banana Bread + peanut butter (obvs!) gluten free & refined sugar free ππΌ
Tomato bruschetta on GF bread (usually a bagel) π
