Continuing the trusted partnership with Zenith, Actus is excited to work on the latest expansion to the Zenith Energy office and warehouse.

Building on the previous commercial development, this expansion aims to enhance operational capacity for the team while maintaining consistency across the site. The project reflects our commitment to long-term client relationships and intelligent, future-focused solutions within the built environment.

Welcoming Filip to the Actus team. A registered Architect with international experience, Filip brings strong technical knowledge, considered design thinking, and a meticulous approach to detailing. His ability to bridge concept and construction strengthens how we deliver thoughtful, well-resolved projects across sectors.
