As temperatures rise, your pond’s oxygen levels drop. Warm water holds less oxygen. Without enough oxygen, fish become stressed, algae blooms can worsen and water quality declines.

Why oxygen is vital in summer:

-Fish breathe dissolved oxygen to survive and thrive.
-Beneficial bacteria need oxygen to break down waste.
-Aeration prevents harmful algae and foul odours.
