Out at swan view this week for an all new fence & arbor project.
The old one had seen better days, so new 90x90 posts in Indian red, winsor style pickets throughout with an all new widened arbor including custom gate. Finished in dulux vivid white 🙂👌

Inset TV project! Out at my mates a few weeks ago for inset tv idea brought to life. The was framed and tv surround lined in black melamine for contrast. The bamboo cladding was picked by Luke and well.. the results speak for themselves! 😉👌👌

Vic Park Balcony Update! Back out to Victoria park a few weeks ago to help revamp a tired old balcony. A few hard winters had took its toll on this outside space. A new jarrah deck was pre-oiled before laying with an additional second coat to finish. All new pre-primed weatherproof handrail & balustrade to complete the transformation 😀👌

Deck,Decks & more Decks! Out in Treeby this week for our latest project. A rear deck in the alfresco area with two integrated garden beds, and an L shaped bench. Side door step and a 3 level entrance. The Ekodeck alpine ash secret fix, sits perfectly with this new build property.

Throwback to an ongoing cottage project in south Guildford. This old girl was due for a revamp and AJcarpentryPerth were happy to oblige. All asbestos was removed and disposed by a professional contractor. R20 insulation to all walls, followed by blue sarking insulation. Keeping to the age of the the cottage, rustic rolled cladding was installed. Other updates included, enclosed eves, a new steel post verandah with Eko-deck & step and composite roof lining. Finished in classic cream by
The results speak for themselves 🙂👌👌

Up in the hills of Kalamunda for our latest project. 300mm of ground dug out ready for the new deck, with a preprinted deck base installed for extra protection, Eko-deck leatherwood designer series was chosen. The wrap around facade was finished in James Hardie primeline weatherboard, finished with losp window reveals, completing the transformation.

Back out in Samson this week to a repeat customer. We had the pleasure of updating the second storey a couple of years ago, and the ground floor was next. The brick walls where h3 battened, timber window reveals and lined with blue sarking insulation. Finished with a pre-painted weatherboard to match the 2nd storey. Perfect 👌

Back out to a repeat customer in east Victoria park. First up was a cladded screen to keep the sun out on these hot days (much needed in this Perth summer☀️🔥). Then an extension of the existing pergola structure and finished with custom made outdoor awnings with traditional corbels, finishing the rear of the house off in style 🙂👌👌

Back out to the medina cottage before the Xmas break! New deck handrails & balustrades complimented by new cladding under the new extension. Note the post detail which came up a treat, and under house storage with two secret lift off cladded compartments, perfect for the garden tools and machinery!
A revisit a few weeks later for the painted finish. Beautiful results 😊👌👌
