What an incredible experience being part of the Piano Man production with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra at Hamer Hall last weekend!

A huge thank you to Mark Sutcliffe and Peter Rubie Lighting Design for bringing us along on this wonderful journey. Working with such talented professionals on a production of this scale has been nothing short of amazing. When 6,000 people are on their feet, singing and dancing to Billy Joel's iconic music, you know you're part of something truly special.

These large-scale productions remind us why we do what we do - it's not just about the technical excellence (though that matters enormously), it's about creating those moments of pure joy for audiences. Seeing the energy in Hamer Hall was absolutely electric.

Massive thanks to Erika Noguchi, Kate Weston, and the entire MSO team for their incredible collaboration and professionalism. The level of talent and teamwork from everyone involved - from the musicians to the production crew - makes these complex shows possible.
Arts Centre Melbourne's Hamer Hall is such a phenomenal venue to work in, and being part of a production that brings this kind of joy to audiences is exactly why Light Innovations exists.
