“come and rest” is out now:)ask26 approached me a couple years ago about writing a song for a project he was working on that’s based upon psalm 23:5 “you prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.” i was immediately all in for it and got the privilege to write this song for the project. we recorded this a long time ago but now it’s finally out hahaha.
for anyone in the middle of a storm, may this song bring you peace and be a reminder to you that you’re not alone but you have a really good shepherd who is for you and with you always. so may you come to his table and rest.

“I Love You, I Do” out now:
it’s not often that i write an entire song in one sitting but this is one of those songs. i remember putting down our daughter for a nap one day and going to the back yard to sit and be with the Lord. in the stillness of the afternoon my heart began to overflow with love for the Jesus. i played out these chords and sang to him and this song is what came out of it. it’s a love song to Jesus. it is a declaration of commitment and desire to love God in every moment of every day, continually abiding in his love for me, and then from his overflow of affection, to love him in all i do.
may this song bless you as it has blessed me and may it provoke us all to live continually from a place of deep devotion to God.
