Rabbit and Orange Patè..
Rabbit liver, onion , Cointreau, lots of butter and cream. Fresh cracked pepper and a little salt.
Topped with home made spicy marmalade jelly for a little sweet heat..

Onion, Greek yogurt RABBIT portions and a packet of butter chicken mix from the local Indian grocery store.. how easy is that..

Wild pork bbq ribs..
Wild pork short ribs marinated in bbq sauce then slow cooked with a kiss of smoke..
Lots of fat rendered out keeping them nice and moist..🐗✔️ a great little entrèe..

Rest of trim for mince including fat..
