Another successful MATES in Construction General Awareness Training completed with our Sydney workforce.

A big thank you to Andrew & Heather for facilitating today's session and continuing to drive awareness around such an important issue within our industry.

Conversations like these matter, and it's great to see our teams getting behind initiatives that support mental health and look out for one another on and off site.

Last week, our team proudly took part in the World’s Greatest Shave in support of the Leukaemia Foundation.

We had an incredible turnout, with employees, their partners and even one very brave little legend shaving their heads and adding some colour for the cause.

Together, we raised an amazing $10,665, smashing our original goal of $1,000.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, donated or helped raise awareness. We are incredibly proud of our JTMEC team and the impact we’ve made together.

JTMEC is proud to be supporting the World’s Greatest Shave this year in support of the Leukaemia Foundation.

We have four of our team members taking the brave step to shave their heads, along with one of our employee’s partners joining in, and our amazing admin adding a splash of colour by dyeing her hair. An incredible show of support all round.

One of our team members is taking part in support of his partner’s recent diagnosis, making this cause especially close to home for our team.

This initiative helps fund vital research and provides support services for Australians facing blood cancer.

We recently recognised International Women’s Day and the incredible contributions of women across our business and the wider industry.

While not everyone could be pictured, with some of our team currently enjoying maternity leave and a few others a little camera shy, we still wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate the important role they all play within our business.

International Women’s Day is an important reminder of the progress made toward gender equality, while also acknowledging that there is still more work to be done. As a business, we remain committed to creating an inclusive environment where women are supported to grow, lead and thrive in their careers.
