We pride ourselves on creating a safe and supportive training environment for everyone - with our trainers continuing to wear high quality masks. Our gym is a safe training space good ventilation, and cleaning protcols. We offer completely online classes and private sessions which provides a safe place for medically vulnerable people to continue to keep active. We have no contracts or fees, ever!

Since becoming an avid listening I have been choosing a word of the year. My last few years looking back have been a huge journey, I never set this intentionally it just made its own story. My words over the years have been boundaries, acceptance, push back and now this year it is regain.
I want to regain my sense of self, my confidence, some self compassion and understanding. I want to regain some happiness, some enjoyment of being in the moment, the ability to rest without guilt. I want to regain a bit of control over my life, not in a perfectionistic way but in a way where I'm doing what I want to do, what feels true to me as a Mother, wife, sister, daughter and most importantly as myself.
What's your word of the year, I would love to hear!

It’s been a while, everyone! Fitness looks a little different for us these days—now it’s more about keeping our joints, backs, feet, and ankles happy, while still pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones. This year, we took on the ultimate challenge and walked 42km through the night! We love a good test of endurance. What’s something you’ve challenged yourself to do this year?

Run by our amazing this class is an excellent one! If you don't like cardio it is an awesome way to get sweaty without running! No previous boxing exp nesecary just the desire to move your body and let out your weekly frustrations!
It's family friendly, little ones always allowed to tag along!

We still have a few sessions available. We support beginners, chronic pain and illness management, return to exercise, pre natal movement, menopause specific movement, post natal recovery, injury management, rehabilitation post surgery or injury, athletic goals, exercise for mental health and general fitness.
Come and give us a go, bring a friend, your sister, husband, brother, mother, even dog ... We don't mind ;)
