We get a lot of questions. Here are the honest answers.
Off-road it handles corrugations, rough tracks, and everything in between. Rated to 150kg with the weight kept low and close to the hinge — it’s built for exactly this.
Is it expensive? Yeah, it’s not a cheap accessory. But a full rear bar build will run you $10k+ and permanently change your car. This comes off in 10 minutes when you don’t need it.
That’s kind of the whole point.

You want a proper touring setup. Just not every day.
A full rear bar build means cutting the bumper, spending $10k+, and carrying the extra weight every single day — even when you’re just doing the school run.
So we built something different.
The Novaa Base Station slides into your standard tow hitch. No cutting, no drilling, no permanent modifications. It takes about 10 minutes to put on and 10 minutes to take off.
Load it up Friday afternoon with your spare tyre, jerry cans, and cargo. Swing it open at camp so you’ve still got full access to the boot. Tow your trailer in. Come home Sunday night and slide it off.
Monday morning your car is back to normal.
150kg rated. ADR compliant. Keeps your full 3.5 tonne towing capacity. Integrated lights and number plate mount so it’s road legal straight out of the box.
