Used capsicum and chilli relish as the base cheese capsicum pepperoni cheese onion tomatoe. Pizza vase is a sour dough base. Just perfection

What a beautiful day to spend down at the Bunbury market’s

Beef rendang
1 jar pickled frog rendang mix
1 kilo chuck or gravy beef cubed
400ml coconut cream
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
Combine beef and rendang mix and marinate for 1/2 hour
Combine coconut cream with mix
Fry onion and garlic in a little oil adding a good pinch of salt do not to burn
Once onion is translucent add mixture to onion and combine well. Bring to the boil and reduce heat to a low simmer lid OFF
Stir occasionally for 2 to 3 hours.
This curry can a gravy curry or dry if dry in the last 1/2 hour increase the heat to absorb the gravy.
Serve with shredded coconut and buttered rice
Enjoy. This is my favourite curry

Well today I tried out a customers suggestion
1 jar pickled frog Mango Chutney
2 breasts from a Woolies bbq chook 1/2 inch sliced
1/2 onion thinly sliced
1/2 red capsicum thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves finely diced

Heat a little oil in a wok
Once very hot add onions, garlic and capsicum stirring all the time. I minute max. Add mango chutney stir through. Now add the chook. 2 minutes
Serve with rice
Serves 4. Generous serves
Enjoy. I certainly did.
