Good leadership requires a balanced approach to work and your health and fitness. If you deliberately understand and work continuously on your own physical and mental health requirements, they you will be a better person, a better leader and an example to your team.

Batavia Coast Consulting Pty Ltd are proud to have worked with Snap Fitness Geraldton (Centre Manager - Cindy), and sponsored two strong individuals at the Gym who are solidly working on their own physical and mental health journey.

The sponsorship includes; as relevant - gym membership and or a personal trainer to the value of $500.00 each.

Respecting the privacy of the individuals (a strong woman and a strong Wajarri First Nations individual) means we won't be posting their details, but I'm assured by Cindy that they both deserve and welcome the sponsorship, which will assist in their personal health, fitness and leadership journey.

Sometimes, all that is needed is for somebody to 'pay it forward', for a person to believe in themselves and walk the pathway to personal success.
