All made-to-order items will be shipped within 1 - 3 weeks depending on workload and item complexity (this will be outlined in the item description). Delivery times will vary depending on location. Each item will be packaged with extreme care, however, I cannot guarantee its safety once in transit and cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur. RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Returns and refunds are not available for change of mind orders or damage due to misuse and/or not following care instructions. If an item is faulty or severely damaged during transit, it may be eligible for a refund within the first 14-day period.
