Andrew & Lindy wanted their names on the front of their topper for that extra bit of personalisation so I went and got the tiniest letter cutters I could find! 🔍

I would usually hand paint details like this in a different colour but I wanted to try something different and a bit softer with this one and I think it turned out really cute! 🥰🥰

Who says your figurines have to be “traditional”? It’s always so special when I receive requests to add certain details that just captures the couple’s personality so perfectly 🥰🥰 “The groom is always shirtless” was a detail that just had to be added!

But what made this figurine EXTRA special in particular was the request of a specific cape detail to honour a very dear friend of the couple who had passed 🥺♥️ What a beautiful and thoughtful detail to include and such an honour it was to be able to create such a special piece ♥️

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE every single figurine I’ve made, but this one, will always hold a special place in my heart 🥰

Hi! My name is Mayyen, and I am the artist behind Cake Flourish Co :) I don’t have a team behind me, it’s just me (in case you’re wondering)
I work as a cake decorator by day (splitting my time between multiple jobs), and a clay artist by night, crafting and sculpting figurines for cake toppers (almost everything in my life revolves around cake hehe) I’ve been a professional cake decorator for about 7 years now, and I’ve been dabbling in clay art for about 10 years.
What started out as a hobby 8 years ago, has turned into a small hobby business fuelled by the passion to create beautiful and memorable things. My figurines are one of a kind, and handcrafted out of polymer clay, which is a type of modelling clay that requires heat to be applied for it to cure. These figurines take anywhere between a few hours to a few days to make, slowly and carefully adding details to bring each figurine to life. Since I’ve been doing this for so many years, my artistic style has changed a lot, but the amount of learning, exploring, and experimenting I’ve done over those years have allowed me to settle on my own style of craft that makes Cake Flourish Co what it is today :)
