Another new project is about to get underway in Shenton Park

The rear section of this 1930's weatherboard house will be demolished and an extension added that will include a large new kitchen, living and dining area, this area of the house will have a high raked ceiling with highlight windows all along the top to leave in the natural light and ventilation.

The existing kitchen and living area will be converted into a new bathroom,ensuite and laundry. A large timber deck alfresco will also be added

Construction of a new 4 x 2 family home has just commenced in Leeming. The earthworks have been completed and the slab was poured early this morning. Keep watching over the coming weeks as the site gets loaded with bricks and the bricklayers get underway
