Go from slow to pro. All skill levels welcome. Professionally trained & experienced instructor. Get familiar with sewing, patterns and your machine. Novices to the more experienced welcome. Friendly, bright, stylish studio environment in Coolbellup, Western Australia. Term fees are $380 for 2-2.5hr group classes.

I had such a creative week this week. Here’s a peak behind the scenes. Conceptualising, choosing fabric, patternmaking, cutting, sewing, fitting, pattern alts … and painting for charity (you’ll see the start of a Marrakesh Riad I had the fortune of visiting before COVID).
The students are having some great wins on their projects too. Invisible zips, top stitching, ruffles, etc etc. Like and Follow for more peaks inside.

My new student made a cute, multipurpose, double layered bag from These Days pattern, with a cotton sheet and this old Husqvarna machine.
A great way to use up scraps of fabric to make gift bags too!
