On Friday, the team took a break for a long ladies' lunch to celebrate International Women’s Day. The only thing this crew builds better than a landscape is a lunch order.
We’re so lucky to have such a talented, hardworking, and fun loving crew. Today is all about celebrating them and the massive impact they have on our culture.

PHASE3 is proud to have delivered Duncraig Adventure Park - a vibrant, family-friendly, multi-use community destination designed for play, movement, creativity, and connection for all ages.

The park features a sensory playspace co-designed with local children’s author-illustrator Sean Avery, a signature skate park, BMX pump and jump track, multi-use playing courts, and a roller-disco-inspired open plaza.

Supporting longer stays and everyday community use are thoughtfully integrated amenities including BBQs, shaded seating and gathering areas, and fully accessible bathroom facilities.

Maniana Reserve in Queens Park is now complete - and it’s looking fantastic!

PHASE3 is proud to have transformed this neighbourhood reserve into a vibrant, activity-packed community space for families and locals to enjoy.

The upgraded park now features a new pump track, basketball court, a fenced modern playground, BBQ facilities, and a new toilet block, all connected by accessible paths and surrounded by fresh landscaping and open lawn areas. These new amenities create a welcoming destination for riders, kids, and visitors of all ages.

We’re thrilled to see Maniana Reserve become a lively and well-loved local hub. 🏀🚲🌳

The Churchill Park Play Space blends coastal-themed play, inclusive design and abundant natural shade from established trees, offering a welcoming retreat for the community.

🚗 Heading down south this weekend? Take the scenic route, make a stop in Waroona and check out another quality Phase3 creation - a charming detour off the main drag that’s well worth the drive.

Right off South Western Highway, Railside Park is a vibrant community space packed with features for all ages. Whether it’s the pump track, skatepark, junior and toddler playgrounds, or a stroll through the Noongar six seasons garden, there’s something to discover for everyone.

More than just a park, Railside Park is a tribute to Waroona’s heritage and culture - featuring the relocated War Memorial, community art, railway-inspired design elements, and a unique Dethridge wheel water feature.

With shaded areas, BBQs, seating, toilets, and water fountains, it’s the perfect place to stop, stretch and enjoy a break. And with plans to activate existing buildings into event spaces, Railside Park is just getting started.

Love a good trail adventure? Then this one definitely needs to be on your must-visit list! 🍃🌲☀️

PHASE 3 were awarded the construction contract for the John Forrest National Park Hub Day Use Area by the Parks and Wildlife Service, Western Australia! As the first stage of a major transformation, this revitalised space will be the ultimate stop for adventurers exploring the park's stunning trails. The design boasts stylish low stone terraced walls, creating plenty of seating for large groups, and a spacious paved area with seating and BBQ facilities – perfect for relaxing and recharging after a day in nature! We hope you enjoy.

PHASE3 were awarded the construction of this project by the City of Perth, with completion mid-last year. The finished space features a charming nature playground with Parkour elements and a basketball area. This is a great spot for a family outing with seating, BBQ facilities, toilets and parking close by along with plenty of shade provided by shade sails and retained mature trees. 🌳☀️ 👪

PHASE3 has recently completed the construction of the exciting Shelley Beach Park Playground, which is now officially open to the public! We would like to extend our thanks to the City of Canning for choosing us to carry out this project.

The playground features a spacious open area with ample shelter, perfect for families to enjoy a picnic and BBQ. It also includes a variety of fun play elements, such as a Flying Fox, Ninja Warrior Course, and Play Tower, all of which we hope everyone will enjoy!
