:: Kevin + Monica :: 05/06/2017

When Kevin & Monica came to us with a vision of a shoot set in Lancelin, our minds were buzzing with ideas almost imediantly. We wanted to set up a desert oasis in the middle of no where with a Moroccan theme & use contrasting colours to the white sand. Together with our in house florist extraordinaire & assistant we traveled 90 mins North of Perth to the sand dunes of Lancelin.

We made sure to include personal touches of the couple to make it their own, such as the bacon roses (created by Kevin himself) which is a personal joke between them & the beautiful cake which was created by Monica who also happens to be a talented pastry chef.

We were completely captivated by the AMAZING sunset mother nature put on for us, stayed til the stars came out & played with sparklers. Since then the couple are now happily married & expecting their first child. We could not feel more privileged to have captured these special moments when it was them two

:: Sneak Peek :: We ended the wedding season with this warm Autumn inspired shoot from lovely Singaporean couple Daniel & Amanda. They specifically asked for a cozy romantic set up & knowing Amanda's love of flowers, our creative director Liv & in house florist Anna got to work. Here's a sneak peek of what they created in an abandoned cottage in Jarrahdale

:: Ed & Jo :: 05/02/2016

** This shoot is a special one as both Jason & I know Ed & Jo personally. I use to work with Ed in a cafe during our Uni days & Jason use to go to high school with Jo.

Within 5 minutes of being in the presence of this lovely couple you can’t help but have the biggest smile on your face. Not only can you feel how deeply in love they are, you can also tell they’re the best of friends as well, which we wanted to capture for their prewedding shoot.

The day was filled with laughter & creative magic from our amazing team. Anna (our inhouse florist) created an exquisite carpet of green lush foliage & the prettiest pink flowers that complimented the generous space & furnishings, otherwise known as the warehouse of our vendor friend Pretty Willow.

After spending some time shooting indoors we took the couple to the Swan Valley & played in the tall grass & vineyards. Ed took a moment to serenade Jo with love songs while we stood back & watched them sneak in kisses while giggling to inside jokes.

We ended the shoot on the top of the hills at Bell Rapids with a beautiful sunset as our background & the couple staring lovingly into each other’s eyes til we gently reminded them that we were there too hehe

:: Behind the scenes :: We are extremely blessed to have a team of talented vendors work with us on every shoot but special mention needs to go out to our dear friend Anna of Botanica Naturalis who is our master in house florist/girls scout/macgyver/installation genius! We love her commitment in taking our briefs to the next level & for bringing sunshine wherever she goes! If you are looking for a florist for your special day, we can not recommend her enough

:: Stewart & Michelle :: 18/01/2016

When we first met Stewart & Michelle they had a very clear vision of the kind of shoot they would like to have for their prewedding.

Over the course of their relationship they would often go on road trips together & wanted us to recreate that feeling of freedom & adventure.... we were up for the challenge.

We set the scene in Pickering Brook & found quiet roads where we could shoot them as they drove in their mini copper which was hired for the day. We stopped at a the Rose Heritage Cafe in Carmel to have lunch, share stories & laughts & shot around the premise. We ended the day in a gorgeous apple orchard which had some of the most amazing trees that bloomed white & pink flowers, almost similar to cherry blossoms.

Thank you Stewart & Michelle for trusting us with your prewedding & overall being such an awesome, sweet couple to be around. As always it was a pleasure & privlegde bringing your shoot to life
